MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC

Vai trò Quản lý dự án bao gồm lập kế hoạch, điều phối và quản trị triển khai các dự án đảm bảo hoàn thành dự án trong phạm vi, đúng tiến độ, đúng ngân sách, chất lượng và đáp ứng yêu cầu của khách hàng và các bên liên quan.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Chịu trách nhiệm Quản lý dự án bao gồm:

  • Lập kế hoạch dự án chi tiết, xác định rõ mục tiêu, phạm vi, nguồn lực, tiến độ và ngân sách.
  • Theo dõi, điều phối tiến độ triển khai, đảm bảo dự án thực hiện đúng kế hoạch.
  • Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để quản lý hiệu quả nguồn lực nội bộ, xử lý kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh.
  • Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ, cập nhật rõ ràng tình trạng dự án cho khách hàng và các bên liên quan.
  • Chủ động nhận diện rủi ro, vấn đề tiềm ẩn và đưa ra giải pháp xử lý, phòng ngừa từ sớm.
  • Ngoài ra, sẽ được tham gia các khóa học về Quản lý dự án để nâng cao năng lực, đào tạo quy trình quản lý dự án theo chuẩn quốc tế, cách xử lý rủi ro, thay đổi và sự cố. tham gia vào các hoạt động cải tiến quy trình dưới sự hướng dẫn.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Quản lý dự án, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
  • Có tối thiểu 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm tham gia quản lý hoặc triển khai
     các dự án CNTT với vai trò BA hoặc Project Coordinator,... ưu tiên kinh nghiệm về phần mềm giải pháp.
  • Thành thạo tiếng Anh (4 kỹ năng).
  • Có hiểu biết cơ bản về quy trình quản trị dự án (Waterfall, Agile...).
  • Có khả năng sử dụng các công cụ quản lý dự án (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello,…).
  • Giao tiếp tốt, chủ động, sẵn sàng học hỏi và làm việc nhóm.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp rõ ràng, khả năng trình bày và đàm phán tốt.
  • Kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý thời gian và xử lý công việc đa nhiệm hiệu quả.
  • Chủ động, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao và kỹ năng làm việc nhóm tốt.
  • Mong muốn học hỏi, phát triển sự nghiệp lâu dài trong lĩnh vực quản lý dự án CNTT

  • Lương thỏa thuận theo năng lực và vị trí công việc.
