Role Description
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored solutions.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Campaign Execution & Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insightful reports to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any campaign-related issues proactively.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients based on market research.
- Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in campaign execution.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize value.
- Ensure timely invoices, payments, and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services (preferably in event, activations).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
