Job Summary:
HR Communication is responsible for supporting the development and execution of internal communication activities that strengthen corporate culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure consistent messaging for HR programs. This role contributes to clear and aligned communication and fosters an open communication environment across the organization.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the HR team to execute communication plans for recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs.
  • Write, edit, and design internal communication materials such as newsletters, email announcements, articles, posters, and short-form videos.
  • Update and manage content across internal communication channels (intranet, internal social platforms, email newsletters).
  • Support the organization of internal events, including engagement activities, recognition ceremonies, and cultural programs.
  • Collect employee feedback and contribute ideas to enhance communication effectiveness and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure all communication messages align with Masan's culture values and employer branding guidelines.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in internal communications, HR communications, corporate communications, or event coordination.
  • Experience in large enterprises, corporations, or communication agencies is preferred.
  • Solid visual design capability; able to create attractive, on-brand communication materials using Canva/PowerPoint and basic design principles (layout, color, typography).
  • Strong writing, editing, and content presentation skills (newsletters, emails, articles, videos).
  • Event planning and execution skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
