I. GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Department: Human Resources (HR)
  • Reports to: HR Manager/Recruitment Specialist
  • Duration: Full-time (3-6 months)
  • Location: Onsite

II. JOB OBJECTIVE

To support human resource recruitment activities and develop Employer Branding (EB) across communication channels, ensuring a quality talent pipeline and enhancing the company's appeal to candidates.

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment & Operations

  • Candidate Screening & Contact:
    Assist in screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates via email/phone.
  • Job Posting:
    Post job advertisements on various channels (Website, Social Media, job boards) and manage applicant data.
  • Documentation:
    Support the preparation of new hire files and documentation related to the onboarding process.

2. Employer Branding Development (EB)

    B Content Creation:
    Assist in brainstorming and writing engaging content about company culture, work environment, and career opportunities.
  • EB Visual Production:
    Collaborate on designing communication materials (Posters, Infographics, Short Videos) for recruitment and employer brand building purposes.
  • EB Channel Management:
    Help manage and develop EB communication channels (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, company website).

3. Event Support

Assist in organizing internal events, employee engagement activities, and Job Fairs (if applicable).

IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)

  1. Education:
    Final-year student in Human Resources Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  2. Skills:

    : Strong communication and information delivery skills (written and verbal).

  4. Organization
    : Careful, meticulous, and possesses good organizational skills.
  5. Creativity (EB
    ): Ability to write and generate basic content ideas. (both in English & Vietnamese)
  6. Personal Attributes
    : Enthusiastic, responsible, proactive, and maintains good information confidentiality.
  7. Creative Production
    Proficient in photography and video editing. Good at Canva and CapCut (or similar) for video editing effectively.
