Location:
2F Vinh Trung Plaza, 255–257 Hung Vuong, Thanh Khe, Da Nang

Working time:
Mon - Fri, 9AM - 6PM (1hr lunch break)

Role Description

  • Timekeeping management
  • Prepare labor contracts and C&B related documents. Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed with contract renewal.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Onboard/offboard process including documentation preparation, communication to related department, exit interview and onboard/offboard checklist.
  • Responsible for social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance for DN office.
  • Manage employee records, internal data, and generate related reports.
  • Establish policies regarding recruitment, timekeeping, leave, termination, KPI, and employee discipline.
  • Other tasks assigned from the Management team/Office Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR C&B or equivalent roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • A great team player with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and related regulations.
