1. Key Responsibilities

• Livestream Management: Oversee and execute the operations of Mega and Daily livestream sessions for creators, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality production.

• On-site Coordination: Directly manage and coordinate livestream sessions at studios or creators' homes, ensuring all elements are prepared and executed seamlessly.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Supervise and align multiple stakeholders including livestream hosts, live session operators, technical teams (OBS), deal pinning staff, and third-party service providers.

• Performance Optimization: Monitor livestream performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize creators' sales revenue and commission.

• Workflow Development: Establish and refine operational processes with other MCN departments to ensure efficiency and scalability.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze livestream metrics (viewership, engagement, GMV, conversion rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

2. Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in livestream operations, event management, or digital production, preferably within e-commerce or influencer marketing.

• Strong knowledge of livestream platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.) and technical tools (OBS, streaming software).

• Proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational improvements.

• Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for social commerce and digital innovation.
