**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
1/ Strategic Planning and Development
- Sale planning ( Target - headcount - live hours - live rooms)
- Defining Livestreaming Objectives
- Target Audience Analysis:

- Platform Strategy - Winning pillar in livestream by each platform
- Budget Allocation - Room, People, etc...

2/ Content Creation and Management
- Content Strategy : Brainstorming creative ideas, researching relevant topics, and ensuring alignment with brand messaging
- Cohost - KOL management : coordinating with potential guests and influencers to participate in livestreams

3/ Technical Production and Execution
- Technical Setup and Oversight : Managing all technical aspects of livestream productions
- Real-time Monitoring and Management : Supervising the livestream during the broadcast, monitoring key metrics, and making adjustments as needed to ensure a seamless viewing experience

4/ Post-Production and Analysis
- Performance Measurement: Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as viewer count, engagement rate, conversion rates, and social media mentions to evaluate the effectiveness of livestream campaigns.
- Reporting and Optimization: Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders summarizing livestream performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies for optimization.

5/ People management & Recruit new talents
Incentive/timesheet monthly for team member
recruit new livestreamers if needed
Training directly and arrange training process with MKT/Edu/OBM to enhance livestream skill
6/Operation Paperwork
Product management related to livestream/KOL
Support Payment process to all channel (system submission/raise Po/GR/invoice mapping, etc)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience in managing livestreaming operations, including planning, execution, and post-production analysis.
- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is highly desirable
- Team management skills, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members to enhance their livestreaming skills.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with marketing, education, and other teams.
- Livestream Technical & Operation Skill: Real-time problem-solving skills to ensure smooth execution during broadcasts.
