Requirements

· Minimum 10 years of experience in freight forwarding companies.

· Experience in both Air and Sea Freight (or Shipments).

· Proven track record with KPI performance reports for the last 3 months.

· Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

· Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.

· Verifiable professional references required.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for all sales, marketing, and business development activities of the company.

· Increase the company's awareness and presence in the market.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies for freight forwarding services.

· Identify market trends and customer needs to create tailored solutions.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Analyse market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.

· Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

· Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.

· Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
