B. Job Purpose

We are looking for the Vietnam nationality candidates, who can do a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Executive for Watsons Singapore, based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Viettel Tower).

Responsible for all supply chain demand planning and other related responsibilities – which may include logistical planning, inventory management, e-store availability, order fulfilment, data analysis throughout order fulfilment process - for our growing ecommerce business and to operate in accordance to Group's Retail Operation Standards.

C.Principal Accountabilities

(The key 6-8 accountabilities of the role)

  1. Skillfully execute best practices in demand-supply planning, replenishment and stock exit action to maintain an optimum balance between stock holding and on-shelf availability for e-store channel.
  2. Ensure inventory data integrity across systems within the entire order planning process.
  3. Liaise seamlessly with key teams internally – may include store operations, trading, financial, marketing commercial, IT, logistics, also external 3PL provider and suppliers – throughout to provide timely replenishment and planning actions/insights for all sales promotions events related to e-store channel.
  4. Reconcile inventory reporting as required on weekly & monthly basis
  5. Provide analytical decision support as required to Ecommerce Distribution Warehouse (EDC) to ensure minimal roadblock in receiving Purchas Order items
  6. Manage adhoc planning required in event of campaign changes & able to communicate clear direction to stakeholders on inventory level (if any)
  7. Participate in special projects – with in-function & cross-functional teams- and provide leadership and expertise when called for.
  8. Responsible for developing systematic processes and exception-based tools to deliver reliable product supply results.

D. Key Skills / Experience

Educational attainment, experience, personal attributes and skills required for this role)

Education & Experience

·      Diploma or Bachelor's degree; preferably with specialization in the area of Supply Chain, Operation Research, or other quantitative business discipline.

·      Minimum 3 to 5 years on supply chain planning work experience preferably within FMCG or Retail vertical; held online related supply chain roles would be very helpful.

Personal Attributes

·      Must have ability to collaborate effectively, work cross functionally, build relationships and excel in a team environment

·      Analytical, solid on role ownership and both process and result oriented,

·      Self-driven, organized and able to work long hours especially
under tight deadline situation

·      
Possess positive work attitude, able to operate independently and multi-task even under tight deadline

Supply Chain Operations Skills

·      Comprehensive understanding of how supply chain works and associated risk necessary

·      Proficient in use of quantitative methods to analyse situations and solve business problems

·      Proficiency with MS Office required, intermediate MS Excel required; advanced Excel helpful

·      Familiar with ERP system and data visualization software

·      Experience with RPA, SLIM4 Forecasting App will be an added advantage

Other Soft Skills

·      Good interpersonal and communication skills

·      Business acumen/sound judgment essential
