Responsibilities

  • Execute and support the optimization of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to achieve monthly/quarterly growth targets.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of both paid and organic marketing activities, providing recommendations for efficiency improvements.
  • Support ideation and collaborate with the brand/content team in creating ad copies, emails, landing pages, social posts, and other creative assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize landing pages and enhance user experience.
  • Collect and analyze user behavior data, assist in customer segmentation to deliver relevant and impactful messages.
  • Research trends, tools, and new methods to acquire and retain users.
  • Contribute to building dashboards and prepare regular performance reports (weekly/monthly).

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in paid advertising preferred.
  • Basic understanding of online marketing channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, email; CRM/CDP is a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance reports.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and up to date with the latest marketing trends.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
