Our client — a world-renowned luxury fashion brand — is seeking a highly motivated, curious, and customer-focused
Client Advisor
with a true passion for creating memorable experiences for an international clientele.

As a
Client Advisor
, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every client receives exceptional service that reflects the brand's promise. By taking the time to understand each client's unique needs, you will personalize their in-store journey, elevate their experience, and strengthen their connection with the brand. You will also nurture long-term relationships through the effective use of in-house clienteling tools and systems.

  • Working hour:
    6 days/ week - On Shifts (8:30AM – 17:30 PM l 12:00 AM – 21:00 PM)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Drive and achieve both individual and team targets, taking full accountability for sales performance.
  • Welcome every client warmly and deliver an exceptional, memorable experience.
  • Provide professional advice and assistance across all product categories of the brand.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and effective use of clienteling tools to foster brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates and contribute to the store's overall success.
  • Continuously develop and master brand and product knowledge.
  • Uphold the company's standards of grooming, behavior, and professionalism.
  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College or University degree required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer service,  Sales, Retails Luxury Fashion, FMCG.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)
  • Passionate in retail or service oriented industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client relations skills
  • Client centric, proactive and positive in approach
  • Good team player with high levels of motivation, able to work under pressure
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Passion for the brand and fashion

BENEFITS

  • Full 2 months probation salary on gross salary
  • Full social insurance based on gross salary.
  • Basic Allowance: 2,700,000VND/monthly
  • KPI Bouns: ,000,000VND/monthly (No cap)
