**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized assistance and expert advice on luxury watches and jewelry collections.
- Welcome clients to the store and create a warm and inviting atmosphere conducive to luxury shopping experiences.
- Guide clients through the selection process, offering insights into the latest trends, craftsmanship, and brand heritage.
- Assist clients in trying on different pieces, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, materials, and pricing, to effectively communicate the value proposition of each item.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail space, including display cases and product presentation areas.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Job Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in luxury retail sales, particularly in watches and jewelry, is preferred.
- A passion for luxury watches and jewelry, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on providing impeccable service and exceeding client expectations.
- Proficiency in English preferred.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
