Customer Onboarding Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding
Guide customers in developing and launching their e-commerce sites on the DG1 platform
Create engaging, visually impressive, and user-friendly designs for customer websites
Conduct training sessions to help customers leverage the platform's full range of features
Develop and maintain documentation and resources to support customers throughout
onboarding
- Customer Support
Provide ongoing support for customers via Zendesk ticketing system
Address and resolve technical challenges customers face
Collect customer feedback to refine the experience and enhance product offerings
- General
Work closely with the development team to ensure customer requirements are met
Stay updated on the latest trends in web and graphic design, as well as DG1 platform
updates
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve our processes and platform
Requirements
- Must Have
Experience with no-code/low-code website platforms
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Strong eye for design and ability to create visually appealing websites
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver on time
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
At least 1 year of experience in customer onboarding, support, or a similar role
Fluent in English
- Nice to Have
Experience with website builders (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or similar)
Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
Additional language skills
Experience in e-commerce or SaaS environment
Portfolio demonstrating web/graphic design work
