What you will do

  • Create, update, and maintain
    user onboarding content
    such as step-by-step guides, quick start checklists, tutorials, FAQs, and one-pagers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to understand
    user pain points
    and optimize onboarding experience.
  • Organize content in an accessible way so that
    new users can find answers quickly
    .
  • Track product releases and ensure onboarding content reflects the latest features and workflows.
  • Measure and improve
    Time to Value (TTV)
    for users — ensure content helps users achieve their first success with the product quickly.
  • Suggest and implement
    content formats
    (videos, diagrams, interactive walkthroughs) to enhance onboarding.

Who you are

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    Content Writing, UX Writing, or Customer Education
    for SaaS products or digital tools.
  • Strong ability to
    explain complex concepts simply and clearly
    for new users.
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic, user-focused, with
    passion for helping users succeed
    .
  • Familiarity with content/documentation tools such as Notion, Confluence, GitBook, or Zendesk Guide.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in
    UX Writing, Content Design, or Customer Onboarding
    .
  • Ability to create
    simple diagrams, visual aids, or interactive guides
    .
  • Background in
    software development, QA, or product operations
    .
  • Understanding of
    analytics and TTV metrics
    to measure onboarding effectiveness.
