MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC

Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và dẫn dắt chiến lược Email Marketing nhằm tối đa hóa tương tác khách hàng, tăng tỷ lệ chuyển đổi, và đóng góp trực tiếp vào tăng trưởng doanh thu của công ty.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH

1. Xây dựng chiến lược & kế hoạch Email Marketing

  • Lên kế hoạch tổng thể cho các chiến dịch email theo từng giai đoạn kinh doanh.
  • Phân tích dữ liệu khách hàng, hành vi người dùng để tối ưu hóa nội dung, tần suất và thời điểm gửi email.
  • Quản lý ngân sách, đo lường ROI của từng chiến dịch.

2. Quản lý & phát triển đội ngũ Email Marketing

  • Tuyển chọn, huấn luyện và phát triển năng lực cho đội ngũ.
  • Phân công nhiệm vụ rõ ràng, giám sát tiến độ và đánh giá hiệu quả công việc định kỳ.
  • Xây dựng quy trình làm việc hiệu quả giữa các bộ phận (Content, Design, Tech).

3. Triển khai & tối ưu chiến dịch Email Marketing

  • Giám sát việc sáng tạo nội dung email (copy, visual, CTA, UX/UI).
  • Sử dụng các nền tảng Email Marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo,...) để tự động hóa và cá nhân hóa trải nghiệm người dùng.
  • Theo dõi, phân tích và tối ưu các chỉ số hiệu suất: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate,...
  • Báo cáo định kỳ cho Ban lãnh đạo, đề xuất các giải pháp cải thiện dựa trên dữ liệu thực tế.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Marketing, Truyền thông, Quản trị Kinh doanh, hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
  • Thành thạo tiếng Anh (nghe, nói, đọc, viết).
  • Tối thiểu 
    5 năm kinh nghiệm Digital Marketing
    , trong đó 
    ít nhất 2 năm chuyên sâu Email Marketing
     và 
    1 năm ở vị trí quản lý/lead team
    .
  • Am hiểu các công cụ Email Marketing Automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Sendinblue...).
  • Có tư duy phân tích dữ liệu, thành thạo Google Analytics, Excel hoặc BI tools.
  • Kỹ năng viết và biên tập nội dung tốt, hiểu về UX/UI trong thiết kế email.
