About the Role

Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks for international clients (e.g., U.S. or Australian). Utilize accounting software, primarily QuickBooks Online (QBO), to manage client books, record transactions, and reconcile accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks for international clients (e.g., U.S. or Australian).
  • Utilize accounting software, primarily QuickBooks Online (QBO), to manage client books, record transactions, and reconcile accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with company policies and international standards (U.S. accounting experience is a strong advantage).
  • Apply good analytical skills to manage and process large amounts of data efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulations, and rules.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and service quality standards.

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance (Mandatory).
  • Other accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, etc.) is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
  • Demonstrated experience working with U.S. or Australian accounting/bookkeeping standards.
  • Solid experience using Accounting Software, especially QuickBooks (QBO). Quickbooks user experience and/or certification is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English (Intermediate level or better): Excellent written and reading comprehension skills are essential for client communication and document handling.
  • Strong Excel skills (data handling and analysis).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
  • Good analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the working environment and corporate culture.
