1. Job Description

  • Record detailed journal entries, input accounting data, and perform accounts receivable/payable reconciliations.
  • Support tax filing and payment of statutory obligations, including VAT, PIT, CIT, and social insurance contributions.
  • Review the validity and accuracy of invoices and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting VAT declarations and related tax schedules.
  • Reconcile clients' tax and insurance obligations periodically.
  • Handle basic accounting transactions such as cash, bank, receivables, and payables entries.
  • Organize and maintain accounting records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

2. Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or final-year student majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or Banking.
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided.
  • Good English skill; additional languages (Korean, Japanese, or Chinese) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Available for full-time internship
  • Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and high sense of responsibility.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, teamwork spirit, and professionalism.
