II/ RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Introduce and offer the company's services to customers, give them a proper consultation and the services' quotations to get order closing via live chat after taking on customers from the Marketing team
  • Receive customers' technical requests and transfer them to the technical support team
  • Cooperate with the technical support team in identifying, reporting, and resolving technical problems arising when customers use the service
  • Follow potential customers after live chat via email
  • Daily report the new customer list and personal revenue to the manager

III/ REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in English speaking and writing skills: IELTS 6.0 or Toeic 750.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Self-study, independent work, and good teamwork skills.
  • Experience in sales/ basic IT knowledge/ e-commerce is an advantage.

IV/ BENEFITS

  • Income: Basic Salary: VND/month (KPI) +Bonus + Commissions + Computer Allowance
  • Review work performance and salary 4 times/year.
