We are seeking a proactive and communicative Sales & Consulting Assistant to support our consulting projects and industrial product trading business in Vietnam.

This role serves as a core coordination link, requiring close collaboration with both local Vietnamese stakeholders (finance, legal, government authorities) and Chinese clients.

The ideal candidate will excel in cross-cultural communication, learn quickly, and demonstrate strong reliability and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

1.Consulting Project Support

  • Act as a key communication member for consulting projects, coordinating with local Vietnamese financial institutions, legal firms, and government departments to follow up on processes and collect necessary documents.

  • Assist in organizing project meetings (including note-taking and minutes drafting) and ensure smooth information flow between local partners and the project team.

2.Sales & Trading Assistance

  • Provide administrative and operational support for industrial product trading business in Vietnam, such as arranging client visits, sorting sales documents, and following up on order progress.

  • Help bridge communication between Chinese clients and Vietnamese local teams, ensuring accurate transmission of requirements and feedback.

3.General Coordination

  • Maintain regular communication with both Chinese and Vietnamese teams to update project/sales status and address potential issues proactively.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Language Proficiency

  • Native-level Vietnamese (speaking, listening, reading, writing).

  • Fluent Mandarin Chinese (able to communicate smoothly with Chinese clients and team members); proficiency in English is a plus.

2. Core Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong affinity, able to build rapport with people from different backgrounds (government, finance, legal sectors).

  • Fast learning ability: Capable of quickly grasping consulting project processes and industrial trading business logic.

  • Proactive and responsible: Takes initiative to identify and solve problems, with a "see-it-through" work attitude.

3. Personal Qualities

  • Highly reliable and detail-oriented, with strong patience in handling complex coordination tasks.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

4. Other

  • Familiar with the business environment in Hanoi/Bac Ninh is preferred.

  • Experience in administrative support, sales assistance, or consulting coordination is a plus.
