Front Desk & Biometric Service – Banking
(Open for Freshers)
Office Location
: The Metropolitan, 235 Dong Khoi, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Time:
Mon – Fri (8h30 – 5h30)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Interaction:
- Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly assistance.
- Ask relevant questions to understand their banking needs.
2. Identification of Need & Guidance:
- Ensure customers have the correct documents before referring them to another team member.
- Direct customers to the right department or service for their request.
3. Customer Experience:
- Deliver excellent service following the bank's Customer Experience Standards.
- Handle basic inquiries and ensure smooth service flow.
4. Promote Digital Channels:
- Encourage customers to use self-service options like Internet Banking, ATMs, and Express Banking.
- Explain benefits and guide them through the process if needed.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Education level: Bachelor degree
(Open for Freshers). - Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Effective listening & questioning skills
- Good decision-making skills and proven ability to deliver accuracy and efficiency
- Confidence to approach customers with a view to promoting alternative delivery channels such as Express Banking
