is seeking a seasoned Information Security Solutions Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a major player in the IT market with over 30 years of global experience and more than 8,000 employees worldwide. As part of their strategic international expansion, the company is investing heavily in key partner regions (including Southeast Asia) with a strong focus on Vietnam as a growth hub.

This role is instrumental in advancing the company's export strategy by promoting a portfolio of cybersecurity services and products to B2B and B2G clients in the APAC region. We are looking for a results-driven sales leader with strong technical acumen, regional market insight, and the ability to operate in dynamic, cross-cultural environments.

Main responsibilities

  • Drive business development and client acquisition across the APAC region, focusing on cybersecurity services and products from domestic tech vendors.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market (GTM) strategy development, tailoring offers to local market demands and regional regulatory contexts.
  • Identify customer needs, prepare compelling commercial and technical proposals, and lead solution-based negotiations.
  • Represent the information security vertical in key client interactions and strategic discussions.
  • Achieve sales targets and operational KPIs as agreed upon with regional leadership.
  • Actively participate in local marketing initiatives, industry events, and partner enablement efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales collateral (e.g., presentations, competitive analyses) in close cooperation with product and marketing teams.
  • Continuously upskill through vendor certifications and training to maintain technical proficiency and sales authorization levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling information security solutions to enterprise or government clients.
  • Strong understanding of the regional cybersecurity landscape and customer-specific needs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including both sales and presales responsibilities.
  • Experience with SOC services or large-scale cyber security projects is a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of global information security products; presales-level certifications are preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts including virtualization, containerization, and networking.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with leadership potential and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving markets.
  • Experience selling to enterprise-level accounts is required.
