Job Description

·     Monthly analyze and understand Production and Distribution costs vs Budget, of all Vietnam companies, and summarise findings to Country Management via standardized reports to update or define with Operational teams.

·     Monthly analyze and understand the Fixed costs vs Budget, of all Vietnam companies, like IT, Travel, Audit, Entertainment and other Office expenses via standardized reports.

·     Owner of MSP (Budget) preparation and coordination for Production, Transportation and other Fixed costs of all Vietnam companies via standardized templates to be redesigned with Country Management and Head of Departments.

·     ESG KPIs Reporting coordinator for Vietnam companies to provide to company and Group with the requested data (production volumes, electricity, water expenses, etc)

·     In charge of Vietnam companies semestrial Risk reporting preparation and coordination with the various departments.

·     Work on Logistics and Production costs optimization and savings to support margin improvement strategy of the Vietnam companies.

·     Approve expenses (categories and thresholds to be defined) in ERP for Vietnam companies and evaluate deviations to approved Budget

·     Coordinate with the teams to improve Power BI reports, notably for Production and Transportation scopes.

Required working experience

·     At least 5 years of professional experience

Required language

·     Fluent in English

Required knowledge and skills

·     Financial analysis skills, ideally in Industrial sectors

·     Good understanding of ERP, Chart of Accounts and Financial cycles

·     Problem-solving and analytical skills

·     Sense of responsibility, proactive spirit, teamwork

·     Appetence for challenging environments.
