As an
Accounting & Finance Officer
at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in supporting the controlling department.

Your key responsibilities:
1.Investment Management:

• Evaluate and raise Investment appraisal
• Investment reporting
• Calculate, analyze profitability of production options to consult and propose to Management
• Control actual cashout comparision with bugdet & expectation of each project
• Work with Project leader to update status and fix any inssue if have

2. Production Control:

• Run actual costing (one time/ year) + single costing when required
• Complete monthly Production cost report local BoD, Regional/Global CoE
• Review cost impact of production change, release new costing if needed for each change
• Simulate cost impact for issue within production
• Work with Regional/ Global to run project production cost saving

3. Budgeting and planning

• Prepare budgeting, production cost development plan following Global planning cycle
• Prepare budgetting and manage expense development of central functions
• Set up cost reduction target for next year
• Closing book activities
• Prepare and update central allocation cost
• Run settlement and allocation Standard Cost Deviation ("SCD")
• Review actual cost related investment projects and production cost
• Others tasks
• Collect resouce data related Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive ("CSRD") & Sustainability report.
• Participate in the annual physical count of goods and fixed assets.
• Other ad-hoc requirement.

What you will bring to the team:

• University with major in accounting, economics, investment and finance
• At least 1-2 years working experience in related environment, experience in investment control, Production cost, budgeting and forecasting, analysis general accounting
• Excellent in Excel advance
• Fluently in speaking and writing English skill
• Excellent in analytical problem solving and decision skills
• Analytical, communicative & hard-working
