Job Overview:

At bTaskee, we don't just run campaigns — we build smart, automated journeys that buzz with impact. As our Martech Specialist, you'll turn data into action, create meaningful user touchpoints, and boost engagement across our digital hive.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Operate and optimize the entire multi-channel automation flow (in-app, email, SMS, Zalo OA, etc.);
  • Analyze customer behavior through the data funnel to identify drop-off points and churn causes;
  • Predict customer behavior using cohort/RFM/segmentation analysis, and propose retention strategies (churn prevention, win-back, reactivation);
  • Plan user engagement activities at key touchpoints along the customer journey (lifecycle marketing) to improve conversion rate and lifetime value;
  • Build and manage churn-to-retention scenarios on CleverTap (or similar tools), conduct A/B tests to enhance performance;
  • Manage and utilize the Custom Data Platform: user segmentation, data enrichment, and integration with other digital channels;
  • Monitor and report key metrics: CVR, CTR, Open Rate, Churn Rate, Retention Rate, and LTV;
  • Collaborate with Digital, Social, and Product teams to ensure Martech initiatives contribute to achieving 1st booking and retention KPIs;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data/Business Analytics, or related fields;
  • +2 years of experience in Martech, CRM, or Data Marketing or similar role;
  • Proficient in at least one Martech/CRM platform (e.g., CleverTap, Braze, Netcore, Salesforce, MoEngage, etc.);
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lifecycle models;
  • Hands-on experience in designing user journeys and automation campaigns for mobile apps;
  • Logical thinker with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail;
  • Bonus: Experience collaborating with data teams or using CDPs (e.g., Segment, Insider, Amplitude);
  • Have a personal laptop.
