Job Description
We're hunting for an innovative SEO Specialist (2-3 years experience) who thrives at the intersection of AI, multi-platform engagement, and product innovation. This isn't about traditional Google rankings - we're seeking someone who understands where user intent is expressed across platforms and how AI is redefining discoverability. If you're passionate about AI-powered optimization and eager to build products that make marketing smarter, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
AI-enhanced multi-platform SEO strategy

• Develop comprehensive SEO strategies using AI to optimize content, predict search trends, and create personalized experiences across Google, social platforms (TikTok, YouTube), and AI search
• Test and implement AI-powered SEO approaches that adapt to changing search behaviors and algorithm updates while staying current with AI developments and their impact on search discoverability
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical optimization to identify new traffic opportunities across traditional search, social search, and AI search channels

Cross-team collaboration & product integration

• Partner with product, engineering, and content teams to build SEO into company features and make products naturally search-friendly
• Provide SEO guidance for new product development and recommend content formats optimized for different platforms
• Help create solutions that simplify marketing efforts and embed SEO best practices into services

Performance analysis & growth optimization

• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and AI analytics tools across all search platforms
• Turn data insights into actionable recommendations and set up comprehensive measurement systems
• Continuously test new strategies, adapt to algorithm changes, and report on growth opportunities to stakeholders

Qualifications
Required:

• 2-3 years hands-on SEO experience with measurable results across various platforms
• Strong understanding of technical and content SEO fundamentals
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Search Console) and AI platforms
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex, multi-source data and adapting to rapid industry changes
• Self-starter attitude thriving in fast-moving, experimental environments

Preferred:

• Experience with AI tools in content strategy or SEO automation
• Exposure to product development or martech platforms
• Knowledge of social platform optimization and multi-channel search strategies
