ABOUT THE ROLE

The R&D Lead (AI/MarTech) is responsible for researching, experimenting, and implementing cutting-edge AI/ML technologies in Marketing. This role requires both strong technical expertise and a product/business mindset, ensuring that innovative ideas can be transformed into scalable solutions. A background in SEO and digital marketing is essential to align AI-driven innovations with business growth and market demands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Research, analyze, and stay ahead of global trends in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, and automation applied to MarTech.
- Design and propose AI/MarTech solutions that drive marketing performance and business growth.
- Collaborate closely with SEO, Content, and Development teams to turn concepts into working solutions.
- Lead the R&D roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and business goals.
- Assess the business impact of R&D initiatives, turning prototypes into scalable B2B/B2C products.
- Leverage SEO and digital marketing knowledge to identify opportunities where AI can optimize performance and generate measurable results

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Solid knowledge of SEO and digital marketing business models, with the ability to connect technical solutions to marketing outcomes.
- Proven ability to design solutions, develop prototypes, and hand over for production deployment.
- Product and business-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and seizing commercialization opportunities.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
