The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Training:
    Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications Documents (FSD), User Stories (US), user guides, and training materials.
  • Requirements Management:
    Conduct continuous evaluation, analysis, and communication of system requirements across all stakeholders.
  • Technical Translation:
    Effectively translate complex business needs and objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements for the development and engineering teams.
  • Risk & Benefit Analysis:
    Proactively identify and assess potential risks, dependencies, and expected benefits associated with proposed solutions.

Qualifications

  • Have
    experience in business analysis within IT system development.
  • Have
    experience in the fields of
    Finance, Banking, and/or Corporate Financial Management
    , especially concerning banking integrations or providing digital products/services to corporate clients.
  • Project Experience:
    Proven participation as a Business Analyst in the implementation of at least
    one major project
    focused on:
  • Digital Banking Solutions,
    OR
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM),
    OR
  • Corporate Finance/Treasury Management systems integrated with banking systems for corporate customers.
