JOB DUTIES

We seek a skilled Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams and have some exposure to
ESG concepts
or
Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements, create functional specifications, and user stories
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development processes
• Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for proposed changes
• Support testing activities, including UAT and system integration testing
• Perform data analysis to provide business insights and recommendations
• Participate in bidding process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong business mindset
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques and documentation tools
• Experience with Mockup tool and diagram tool: Figma, Basamiq, Drawio
• Familiar with documentation format: SRS, User story, BRD,...
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSM, CSPO)
• Background in process improvement methodologies
• Stakeholder management experience across multiple organizational levels
• Experience and knowledge of
  Pharmacy or E
  SG concepts
