Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst based in the Hanoi Capital Region. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business requirements, improving business processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide actionable insights. The role includes gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting thorough data analysis, and delivering recommendations to support decision-making and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills, including a proven ability to collect, interpret, and draw insights from data efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis and expertise in assessing and addressing organizational goals and challenges.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and clearly document findings.
  • Experience in Business Process improvement and optimization techniques.
  • Competence in identifying, documenting, and analyzing Business Requirements for projects and operations.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
