This position is vital for managing the company's financial discipline and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. You will serve as a
dual specialist
, primarily focused on the
Accounts Payable (A/P)
function while dedicating over 60% of your effort to
Procurement (Sourcing)
of critical materials and supply chain coordination. This role guarantees accurate financial records, optimized costs, and material availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Procurement Planning & Vendor Vetting:
    Process
    approved purchase requests and
    verify
    current stock levels to determine purchasing needs.
    Identify and vet
    the most reliable domestic suppliers based on competitive pricing, product quality, and consistent capability.
  • Financial Oversight & Payables Management:
    Negotiate
    the most favorable prices and delivery terms with suppliers.
    Oversee
    all supplier payables, including preparing payment schedules and managing loan repayments.
    Verify and process
    all input invoices promptly for accurate monthly tax submissions.
  • Contract Administration & Logistics:
    Formalize and manage
    all supplier contracts and documentation.
    Liaise with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics)
    partners to track all import orders, resolve customs clearance matters, and guarantee materials arrive on schedule.
  • System & Compliance Reporting:
    Establish
    new product and supplier codes within the company system.
    Resolve critical operational issues
    and propose viable solutions to reduce costs.
    Monitor
    the distribution of company assets (e.g., uniforms, stationery) and
    submit
    essential activity reports to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Background (Ideally):
    Degree or diploma in
    Finance–Accounting, Supply Chain, or Logistics
    . The role is focused primarily on procurement, requiring only
    intermediate accounting knowledge
    (training provided for systems). Prior experience in chemical procurement is a strong advantage.
  • Strong ability to
    read, write, and speak good English
    for effective supplier communication.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office
    (especially Excel) and familiarity with the
    MISA accounting system
    is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and detailed organizational skills.
  • Must be highly responsible, honest, diligent, and cooperative.

**Salary Range:
10–15M VND/month
(Gross); includes social insurance, 13th-month salary, bi-annual reviews, and annual company bonuses/trips.
