This role is critical for managing the company's expenses and supply chain efficiency. You will act as a
dual specialist
, handling both the
procurement (buying)
of materials and the
financial control
of supplier invoices and payments. This ensures inventory is available and financial records are accurate.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Procurement Planning & Sourcing:
    Receive
    approved purchase requests and
    check
    current inventory to plan necessary purchases.
    Search, evaluate, and select
    the best domestic suppliers based on quality, price, and capability.
  • Financial Control & Payables:
    Negotiate
    prices and delivery terms with domestic suppliers.
    Track
    all supplier payables, prepare necessary payment requests, and manage loan repayment schedules.
    Check and record
    all input invoices for accurate monthly tax review.
  • Contract & Customs Management:
    Draft and maintain
    all supplier contracts and documents.
    Coordinate
    closely with the logistics department to manage all import orders, handle customs clearance issues, and ensure materials arrive on schedule.
  • System Management & Reporting:
    Create
    product and supplier codes in the system.
    Handle
    urgent issues to propose cost-saving solutions.
    Monitor
    distribution of company assets (uniforms, stationery) and
    report
    all activities to management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical Background is Mandatory:
    College or University degree in
    Finance–Accounting
    or a related field; experience in chemical purchasing is a strong advantage.
  • Strong ability to
    read, write, and speak good English
    for communication with suppliers.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office
    (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and detailed organizational skills.
  • Must be highly responsible, honest, diligent, and cooperative.

Salary Range:
10 - 15M VND/month (Gross); includes social insurance, 13th-month salary, bi-annual reviews, and annual company bonuses/trips.
