Job Description
Main responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for day-to-day procurement administration activities across all direct & indirect categories and MRO.
  • Support procurement team with onboarding process of new suppliers.
  • Support to local procurement and internal stakeholders to maintain supplier & contract database, create Purchase Order (PO).
  • Set up meetings and aligned agenda with procurement team.
  • Contract and PO compliance Drive and ensure compliance with local procurement process with stakeholders.
  • Other admin supportive tasks to be discussed and aligned according to current needs.
  • Identify and create potential catalogues in COUPA system.

  • Final-year students preferable economics, supply chain, materials (paper, plastics).
