Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, document filing, and daily operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and visitor logistics.
  • Handle procurement, payment processes, and cost reporting.
  • Plan and monitor admin budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure workplace compliance with safety and security regulations.
  • Support HR with onboarding/offboarding logistics.
  • Act as the main contact for office-related issues.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for cost and service efficiency.
  • Assist in risk management and emergency preparedness.

Engagement Activities:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs aligned with company culture.
  • Organize internal and external events (team-building, wellness, CSR).
  • Track engagement budgets and ensure policy compliance.

* Support other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in admin or office management.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  • Creative, careful, hardworking, and tech-adaptable.
  • Candidates living near the warehouse for work convenience.
