I - JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for developing overall plans and coordinating the activities of Planning, Design (2D, 3D), and Marketing, ensuring effective strategy execution while collaborating with other departments to achieve the company's overall objectives.
1. Developing Overall Plans & Implementation Strategies
· Develop comprehensive plans for Planning, Design (2D, 3D), and Marketing, ensuring alignment and efficiency across departments.
· Build marketing, communication, and creative strategies in line with brand direction and customer needs.
· Conduct market research, industry trend analysis, and customer behavior studies to propose optimized strategies.
· Work closely with the Account team and clients to ensure plans align with business and branding goals.
2. Coordinating Plan Execution with Relevant Departments
· Work closely with the Project Manager to develop implementation timelines for Planning, Design (2D, 3D), and Marketing within each project.
· Coordinate tasks among teams to ensure project progress and quality align with the established plan.
· Update progress, assess performance, and suggest improvements when necessary.
3. Presenting & Persuading Clients
· Participate in pitching and bidding projects, presenting communication and marketing plans to clients.
· Collaborate with the Account team to create professional, clear, and persuasive pitching materials.
· Work with clients to adjust plans according to real-time needs and optimize strategies for each implementation phase.
4. Managing & Developing the Team
· Guide, train, and develop the skills of Planning, Design (2D, 3D), and Marketing teams.
· Establish workflows between teams to enhance efficiency and ensure effective collaboration.
· Regularly evaluate team performance, propose improvements, and optimize processes.
II - REQUIREMENT
· At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising (Agency).
· Experience in bidding, pitching, or presenting campaign strategies to clients.
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, creative, and persuasive proposals.
· Strong English proficiency in communication, planning, and presenting.
· Deep understanding of branding, consumer insights, digital marketing, and creative strategy.
· Strong strategic thinking, planning, and team coordination skills.
