  1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  2. Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy with a strong focus on IT hiring, ensuring alignment with business needs and market trends.

  3. Optimize sourcing channels and employer branding to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market.

  4. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and provide consultative support throughout the recruitment process.

  5. C&B Framework Development & HR Policy Advisory

  6. Advise and partner with the Board of Directors (BOD) on the design and implementation of compensation & benefits schemes, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.

  7. Build and refine a competency framework to support career progression, performance evaluation, and talent development.

  8. Design incentive and reward mechanisms that motivate performance while supporting business goals.

  9. Internal Communication & Culture Building

  10. Develop internal communication strategies to drive alignment, transparency, and employee engagement across departments.

  11. Foster a positive work culture by facilitating open feedback loops and promoting organizational values.

  12. Labor Law Compliance & HR Governance

  13. Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and provide expert guidance on employment relations, statutory requirements, and internal regulations.

  14. Regularly review and update HR policies and internal rules in accordance with legal and organizational changes.

  15. HR Operations & Team Collaboration

  16. Oversee day-to-day HR operations while collaborating with TA, C&B, and admin teams to deliver consistent and people-centered services.

  17. Partner with senior leaders to align HR practices with business objectives, contributing to sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Must:

  • Open to both female and male candidates
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Manager
  • Prior HR experience in an IT company (experience in IT Infrastructure is a strong plus), with a team size of 30–50 employees
  • Proven strengths in IT recruitment (especially Infra roles), advising the BOD on C&B structure and competency frameworks, internal communication, HR policies/regulations, and strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
