Are you a seasoned Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) Consultant with a passion for delivering smart, efficient business solutions? Join our client international team and help leading organizations transform the way they manage Finance and Project Accounting.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute end-to-end implementation projects of Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV).
  • Conduct business process analysis and translate client needs into functional solutions.
  • Configure and customize Finance and Project Accounting modules, ensuring seamless integration with SCM and other modules.
  • Manage data migration for items, vendors, customers, and inventory.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation (as-is/to-be, functional specs, UAT scripts).
  • Deliver user training, conduct UAT, and provide post-implementation support.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in Dynamics NAV/Business Central consulting across full project lifecycles.
  • Strong functional expertise in Finance, with deep knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and end-user training.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Power BI, Jet Reports, SQL Server, or Azure administration.
  • Microsoft certification MB-800 (Business Central Functional Consultant) is a plus.
