MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Chuyển các mục tiêu kinh doanh thành các đề bài phân tích dữ liệu cụ thể
  • Phối hợp với Data Analyst trong việc định kỳ phân tích dữ liệu, xác định cơ hội hoặc rủi ro tiềm tàng để đề xuất trao đổi với các đơn vị kinh doanh
  • Làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan để xác định giải pháp, thử nghiệm & triển khai các ý tưởng, sản phẩm mới cho mục đích tăng trưởng doanh thu
  • Tham gia lập các mô hình phân tích để tư vấn phương án tối ưu doanh thu; đánh giá hiệu quả chi phí đầu tư; chương trình marketing
  • Tham gia việc quy hoạch, xây dựng và duy trì hệ thống báo cáo quản trị của công ty
  • Tham gia lập các báo cáo, phân tích các chỉ số cần thiết khác theo yêu cầu

YÊU CẦU

  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm ở các vị trí Finance Analyst; Business Intelligence Analyst hoặc Growth Analyst.
  • Tư duy tốt về kinh doanh và nắm bắt tốt xu hướng kinh doanh của ngành/ thị trường; ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm công việc có liên quan đến mô hình chuỗi nhà hàng F&B, Retails hoặc FMCG.
  • Kỹ năng phân tích tốt, sử dụng tốt các công cụ tổng hợp và phân tích dữ liệu.
  • Khả năng tư duy, phân tích, phản biện. Khả năng tổng hợp thông tin và trình bày ý tưởng.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp: có khả năng diễn đạt, đặt câu hỏi, khai thác hoặc truyền đạt thông tin qua viết hoặc nói đơn giản & mạch lạc.
  • Thái độ tích cực và có tinh thần đồng đội tốt. Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao và chịu được áp lực công việc.
