Weraki is now looking for a Business Analyst Trainee/Fresher to support consulting projects in the retail & F&B sectors, and other industries. This role is ideal for final-year students or recent graduates passionate about problem-solving, strategy, and dynamic business start-ups, eager to experience real-world business transformation within Vietnam's SME landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis, validate key hypotheses, and generate strategic insights and recommendations.

  • Support strategy formulation and transformation projects by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting client data to identify pain points, track performance, and develop actionable solutions.

  • Visualize clear, structured, and professional slides to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned to support project delivery and client engagement.

Requirements

  • 4th-year student or recent graduate majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, or related fields.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and work well in team environments.

  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and synthesize complex information quickly.

  • Demonstrate critical thinking, attention to detail, and ownership mindset — outcome-driven rather than task-driven. Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver with precision.

  • Preferred: experience in case competitions, case interviews, or applying strategic frameworks (e.g., PESTEL, 3C, 5 Forces, MECE). Business acumen, quick learning ability, and understanding of customer insights are a plus.

  • Minimum commitment: 2 months (full-time only).
