Position: Technical Lead (Solution Architecture)

We are seeking an
experienced Technical Lead

with strong
Solution Architecture

skills to lead the
design, setup, and scaling of cloud-based services

for our platform.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end setup of cloud-based services and microservice architectures.
  • Collaborate with product, backend, and AI teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Review code and system architecture to ensure performance, maintainability, and reliability.
  • Mentor and guide engineers in architectural and coding best practices.

Solution Architecture

  • Design and document scalable, multi-tenant cloud architectures (preferably on AWS).
  • Define API gateway strategies, service orchestration, and data communication patterns.
  • Integrate AI or external services (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) to enhance business functionality.
  • Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks to ensure system stability and reliability.

DevOps & Deployment

  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment, testing, and monitoring.
  • Ensure robust access control, data security, and privacy compliance across environments.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively in English with global stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Provide clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and progress updates to leadership.

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years

of experience in software engineering, including
3+ years

in a technical leadership or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in
AWS (or equivalent cloud platform)

- Strong understanding of
