MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:

Mô tả công việc 1: Xây dựng, hoàn thiện các quy trình, quy định, kế hoạch liên quan đến Hành chính Nhân sự.

  • Xây dựng hoàn thiện và cải tiến các quy trình, quy định liên quan đến Hành chính Nhân sự, đảm bảo tính hệ thống hợp lý cho nhân viên áp dụng từng thời điểm.
  • Xây dựng chức năng nhiệm vụ, mô tả công việc, mục tiêu làm việc (OC, SOW, JD, KPI) của Khu vui chơi giải trí.
  • Xây dựng và quản lý ngân sách nhân sự.

Mô tả công việc 2: Kiểm soát chi phí lao động

  • Giám sát công tác thực hiện chấm công, tính lương, tăng giảm BHXH/ Novacare hàng tháng.
  • Hỗ trợ GĐ HCNS phân tích các chỉ tiêu chi phí nhân sự, đánh giá và đề xuất điều chỉnh cấu trúc chi phí đảm bảo phù hợp với tình hình kinh doanh.

Mô tả công việc 3: Quản lý Hành chính Nhân sự NVD và các cơ sở kinh doanh

  • Tổ chức thực hiện công tác hành chính nhân sự, công việc hậu cần, bảo đảm duy trì đầy đủ điều kiện làm việc thuận lợi cho toàn thể nhân sự.
  • Tổ chức thực hiện công tác quản lý cơ sở vật chất, tài sản, thiết bị và chi phí hành chính, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định của Tập đoàn.
  • Quản lý giám sát việc cung ứng theo kế hoạch và ngân sách.
  • Tổ chức triển khai và kiểm soát các tài liệu liên quan tới hồ sơ pháp lý của khu vui chơi giải trí.

Mô tả công việc 4: Theo dõi tính tính tuân thủ & xử lý vi phạm kỷ luật của CBNV

  • Theo dõi và kiểm tra việc tuân thủ các quy định nội quy, quy chế của công ty từ CBNV như giờ giấc làm việc, trang phục, thái độ làm việc, quy trình làm việc và các quy định khác.
  • Đánh giá và ghi nhận các trường hợp vi phạm hoặc tuân thủ các quy định về kỷ luật lao động, đưa ra các báo cáo định kỳ cho Giám đốc Hành chính - Nhân sự.

Mô tả công việc 5: Thực hiện các công việc khác theo ủy quyền, yêu cầu của cấp trên.

YÊU CẦU:

  • Tốt nghiệp ĐH chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân sự / Kinh doanh / Luật.
  • Am hiểu Luật lao động, Luật Bảo hiểm xã hội, Luật An toàn vệ sinh lao động,…
  • Nắm rõ các thị trường lao động tại các khu vực cơ sở kinh doanh đang đóng.
  • Tối thiểu 08 năm trong lĩnh vực Hành chính Nhân sự, ưu tiên ở các Công ty/ Tập đoàn quản lí các cơ sở khách sạn/ khu nghỉ dưỡng. Tối thiểu 02 năm ở vị trí tương đương, mô hình chuỗi.

  • Quản lý lưu trữ hồ sơ

  • Quản lý văn phòng

  • Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm

  • Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề

  • Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian
