Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform maker role for assigned regulatory reports including daily Anti Money Laundering reports and periodically statistical reports to State Bank of Vietnam.
  • Perform maker role for Competent Authorities handling tasks including screening name against bank systems maintaining alert info of watch lists.
  • Ensures accuracy of reports and processes.
  • Carries out detailed proof reviews.
  • Provide regular status updates for all project participants.
  • Other task as assigned by Unit Head
  • Applies good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
  • Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in operations industry with good understanding of the operations controls preferred.
  • Previous relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English language, both writing and speaking
  • Confident in communication skill and coordination skill
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work independently under pressure and with high efficiency plus tight deadline.
  • Proven organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
