The company is the exclusive distributor of high-end materials imported from Italy. We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team, develop our client network, and expand our market presence.
• Sales Type: B2B (Business-to-Business) with a long and highly consultative sales cycle.
• Product: High-end materials imported from Italy, including wood veneer and other products.
• Target Customers: Architects, Interior Designers, Project Developers, Furniture Manufacturers and Project Contractors
• Key Responsibilities: o Client Acquisition & Development: Proactively seek out and build relationships with target clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and industry events. o Consultation & Presentation: Deliver professional presentations on our high-end products, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions. o Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate and close deals, balancing sales targets with maintaining profit margins. o Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with partners, collect feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc:
• Experience & Background:
• Minimum 2 year of sales experience. B2B sales experience is a plus, with a strong preference for candidates from the construction materials, high-end furniture, or design and construction-related industries.
• Experience with a long and consultative sales cycle is highly valued.
• Proficient in CRM systems.
• Core Competencies:
• Communication & Persuasion: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Negotiation Skills: The ability to skillfully negotiate to close deals while maintaining profit margins.
• Mindset & Attitude:
