Mô tả công việc:
(Mức lương: 7 - 8 triệu VNĐ)
- Thực hiện các công việc quan đến tối ưu doanh thu từ quảng cáo trên mobile game
- Theo dõi doanh thu quảng cáo và tối ưu số liệu từ các Advertising Network trên Mediation
- Phân tích sản phẩm và thị trường mobile game, nghiên cứu và áp dụng các cách thức kiếm tiền từ quảng cáo mới
- Làm việc với team sản phẩm và các Advertising Network để nâng cao hiệu suất tối ưu cũng như đảm bảo việc phân phối quảng cáo luôn suôn sẻ và trong tầm kiểm soát.
- Làm việc cùng các UA Marketing để kinh doanh các sản phẩm và đưa sản phẩm lên top chart
- Tư vấn cho các đối tác phát triển game để tăng số lượng xem Ads của user trong game

Quyền lợi được hưởng:
- Mức lương 8M
- Được hỗ trợ chính sách bảo hiểm sức khỏe PVI theo quy định công ty sau khi lên chính thức.
- Thưởng cố định tháng lương 13 và chia sẻ lợi nhuận theo hiệu suất (tổng thu nhập lên tới 15-20 tháng lương/ năm) sau khi lên chính thức.
- Chính sách học tập hàng năm với mục tiêu phát triển, bồi dưỡng nhân viên chính thức từ 5M-20M/cá nhân
- Các hệ thống ghi nhận liên tục, vinh danh, khen thưởng trong quý và cuối quý, cuối năm thúc đẩy môi trường làm việc.

Yêu cầu công việc:
- Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Đại học liên quan kinh tế, thống kê như NEU, FTU, HUST…
- Có tư duy logic tốt và khả năng phân tích tốt và quan tâm tới chi tiết tốt
- Cẩn trọng, tỉ mỉ, có trách nhiệm cao trong công việc
- Yêu thích sự đổi mới/cải tiến và đánh giá kết quả liên tục
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu, giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh
- Có thái độ cầu tiến, ham học hỏi
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, thiết lập mối quan hệ tốt
- Có khả năng chịu áp lực tốt
- Yêu thích ngành game là một lợi thế
