Job Description:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Geniee's mobile advertising ecosystem and effectively communicate these solutions to potential app publisher partners
  • Understand mobile SDK implementation, ad formats specific to mobile environments, and app monetization best practices
  • Identify and acquire new mobile app publishers through strategic outreach, networking, and consultative sales approaches
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while building a sustainable pipeline of mobile app publisher opportunities
  • Stay ahead of mobile advertising trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to position our solutions effectively
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to publishers for optimizing ad placement, formats, and overall monetization strategy

Job requirements:

Mandatory:

  • B2B, B2C related experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance optimization
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Fluent English communication

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working with mobile app environment & MMO
  • Experience in mobile advertising ecosystem (ad formats, bidding mechanisms, SDK integration)
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management

Employment Package:

  • Salary: Negotiable (up to $650)
  • Commission: Individual commission when reaching quarterly sales target.
