Job Description

  • Participate in surveying, collecting, and analyzing requirements and business processes from customers/internal teams. Clarify requirements, objectives, and design technology solutions in collaboration with related departments.
  • Participate in the product development process.
  • Build and manage documentation systems: user requirement documents, system specification documents, feature lists, use-case scenarios, business constraints, etc.
  • Prepare user manuals and conduct end-user training.
  • Support project management: define scope of work, plan and estimate tasks, manage progress.
  • Support the product testing team.
  • Prepare reports and conduct analyses as requested by management and related departments.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Strong communication and business analysis skills with clients and team members.
  • Preferred candidates with system design experience.
  • Priority given to testers transitioning to Business Analyst roles.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • High sense of responsibility at work.
  • Advantageous to have experience working on Japanese projects.

Salary: 1200$ - 1500$
