Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Assistant will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks, support daily business activities, manage schedules, communicate with partners and clients, and assist in organizing marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities may include preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules and appointments between the team and clients.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure smooth communication internally and with clients.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain documents and data systems.
  • Support paperwork, contracts, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in photoshoots when needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Adapt well to a fast-paced and high-pressure agency environment.
  • Draft client briefs to send to KOC/KOL.

Requirements:

  • College or University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (mandatory).
  • Proficient in office tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Hardworking, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of KOL/KOC is an advantage (not required).
  • Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  • Good appearance is a plus.
