ROLE OVERVIEW
As a
Business Development Intern (Sales Activation)
supporting our growth in the
US market
, you'll gain hands-on exposure to client-facing work and strategic sales operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate directly with senior executives, help shape sales strategies, and drive the expansion of our client base across top Management Consulting firms in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect information on existing clients to formulate, propose, and execute tasks to activate more business from those clients.
- Execute client outreach through email, LinkedIn, social media, and cold calling.
- Observe and actively participate in the daily/weekly sales strategy meetings with managers from Vietnam and Bogota's offices.
- Organize, streamline, and enhance the sales database. Maintain accurate data records using Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work in the US timezone (3 PM – 12 AM VNT).
- Fourth-year undergraduate student or fresh graduate majoring in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- A proactive self-starter who thrives both independently and in team settings.
