Job Responsibilities:
Solution Sales & Proposal Development
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Develop competitive solution strategies tailored for local markets.
- Prepare bidding configurations, quotations, and handle technical/commercial inquiries throughout the sales cycle.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers in assigned accounts/regions.
- Capture customer insights, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
End-to-End Sales Project Management
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of sales projects.
- Coordinate internal resources to improve win rate and achieve regional sales targets.
Ecosystem Partner Development
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners.
- Work closely with partners to serve customers and expand business opportunities.
Technical Skills Requirements:
Experience with ICT products: datacom, fiber access, servers, storage…
At least 3 years in
solution sales / pre-sales
in ISP, BFSI (Banking), or OTT sectors.
Strong English communication skills.
Ambitious, proactive, independent, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
