Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)

  • Tư vấn và chốt sale khách hàng trên các kênh truyền thông gồm: Fanpage, Website, Zalo OA
  • Giải đáp các thắc mắc và vấn đề cho khách hàng, tư vấn tăng tỷ lệ khách hàng chuyển đổi và quay lại
  • Quản lý thông tin khách hàng, liên tục cập nhật trên hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu và lưu trữ lịch sử cuộc gọi
  • Phối hợp, báo cáo tiến độ và kết quả kinh doanh

Chức vụ: Nhân Viên/Chuyên Viên

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

  • Lương cứng: 6 - 8 triệu + %hoa hồng

  • Hỗ trợ thiết bị gọi điện

  • Được ký HĐLĐ và đóng BHXH đầy đủ

  • Tiếp nhận data có sẵn

  • Được làm việc trong môi trường tiên phong, số 1 Việt Nam trong lĩnh vực đồ thờ phong thủy.
  • Được đào tạo về sản phẩm để đảm bảo hiểu về sản phẩm, đạt hiệu quả cao trong công việc.
  • Có lộ trình đào tạo và phát triển nhân sự lên các vị trí: Phó phòng Kinh Doanh, Trưởng phòng Kinh Doanh.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Có laptop cá nhân
  • Có kinh nghiệm 1 năm ở vị trí Sale
  • Từ 25 tuổi trở lên
  • Thử việc 1 tháng 85% mức lương
  • Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực đồ thờ, phong thủy là một lợi thế
