We are seeking a motivated
NVOCC Sales Executive
to drive business growth, develop new customer accounts, and strengthen our presence in the logistics and freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of ocean freight, consolidation services, and carrier/agent networks, with a proven ability to generate and close sales.

Office: District 4, HCM city
Key Responsibilities
Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new customers for NVOCC services (FCL/LCL).
  • Promote company's consolidation services, sailing schedules, rates, and solutions to freight forwarders and direct clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and expand market share.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients; ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide timely support regarding rates, service updates, and shipment status.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service offerings.
  • Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service terms within company guidelines.
  • Work with pricing and operations teams to ensure competitive and profitable rate structures.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Share market intelligence with management to support pricing and service development.

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment handling.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up throughout the sales process.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in
    NVOCC, freight forwarding, or ocean freight sales
    .
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, FCL/LCL, and carrier/agent networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
